Lemonade and Laughing Gas are on the hunt for a project producer to take the lead on their extremely exciting, new cross-platform project, due to be launched later this year.

We can't say too much publicly about this project yet, but it will be a large scale site-specific project, similar in format to our last project (The Owls Are Not What They Seem- see link) and will run for roughly 3 months, ideally around Autumn 2017.

For this role we are keen to take on an experienced producer who is confident taking the lead on large, long-running projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the project in the following areas:

  • Scheduling

  • Principal fundraising writer/winning sponsorship finance

  • Planning a marketing strategy

  • Negotiating fees with partners

  • Securing partnerships and new relationships

  • File management for the project

  • Budget and financial management/banking

  • B/O management and ticket processing

  • Contracting

  • Weekly company check ins and updates

Initial Tasks will include:

  • Making a three tier budget

  • Venue negotiations and contracting

  • Writing initial funding applications (including ACE)

  • Planning a crowd-funding strategy/campaign

  • Creating proposal packs for sponsors and venues

  • Drafting timelines and deadlines

This is a paid role, with a fee of £1000 for the initial work (roughly 5 days) to begin immediately.

During this time you will be fundraising to support our continued working together to deliver the whole project.

Please send a covering letter detailing relevant experience and why you feel it might be the right role for you, with your CV to hello@lemonadeandlaughinggas.com.

Deadline for applications: 12pm 27th February 2017
Interviews will be held between 28th Feb and 3rd March.
